Senior Pictures Class of 2019 – Choosing a Great Location!

Senior Pictures Class of 2019 Sessions are your once in a lifetime experience. Your session needs to fit you and your style. In choosing the best location, it is super important to make sure you find settings that make sense to you, not just some place the photographer is familiar with. This is where I can help!

I now the best locations in and around the Twin Cities. Locations that offer an urban feel to lakes and parks and everything in between. Lighting is another huge part of choosing the best location. Downtown at noon is going to be rough – especially if there is a clear sky. Lots of sun feels great but it is not your friend when doing a photoshoot – harsh shadows, squinting eyes, heat, and all sorts of problems. Look at the above for good example of choosing the right location at the right time. This was a late morning shoot. We have nice warm colors, shadows are soft, eyes are wide open,  cool enough for layers of clothes but warm enough for lighter attire as well.
