It is a recipe.
Let’s start with a little about you. Your Senior Portraits are pretty much a waste of paper if they do not capture everything that is you. You have style. You have personality. You have a million bits and pieces of various time in your life that make you who you are today. Your senor portraits needs to show that. How do I make sure this happens? I ask questions – like the ones on my Senior Portraits Questionnaire found here.
Next we need to make sure we have some wardrobe options for your senior pictures. BRING CLOTHES. Need tips, ideas or just want to see what is hot this year? Read this.
Location! Where you plant yourself for your senior portraits is just as important as what you are going to be wearing. It needs to fit you. Rural or Urban? Lake or Woods? Fields or Streets? Fortunately, getting your senior portraits taken in the Minneapolis and surrounding cities leave you open to countless options. We truly do have it all. And rest assured, I will help you select the location that will work perfectly for your senior pictures.
How many snaps do you get?
I shoot like fool. In other words, you will have a ton of proofs.
How do you get to see the proofs and can you share them online?
I think it is best if we sit down and go over your proofs together. If that is inconvenient, I do have an amazing online proofing gallery. You can flip through your senior portraits at your leisure. Your proofs will be completely finished images. I take out poor snaps – such as closed eyes or wind-blown hair – and leave you the best. I will throw in some black and whites, sepia, super saturated, toners and so on. Pick your favs.
Your proofs are also your Facebook Images. Yep, all of them. Not just two or three. Only want a couple? That is cool too. Want a slide show of your senior pictures set to some music? I can take care of that too.
Can you get cool Brag Books or Grad Cards?
Absolutely! My studio carries everything you can imagine for displaying your senior portraits. Brag Books, Albums, Accordion Books, Coffee Mugs, Metallics, Gallery Wraps, Framing, Collages, and more and more.
What if you hate your pics from your session?
Never! I guarantee it.
What is a Studio Rep?
Hmm… salesperson is the easiest answer. I will be straight with you. Studio Reps get free sessions. From your session I will print off some rep cards. These are sort of like wallets, but my studio info will be on the back. I will ask you to do your best to get some friends to come through my studio for their Senior Portraits, in trade for your free portrait session. Bring enough through; I will discount your prints! Do you have Buddy Sessions?
Yes, but I do not call them buddy sessions; sounds silly to me. When you sign up for your session, there is spot to select “Shoot for Two.”
