I think it is easy to agree that this is the primary objective when photographing your projects. How do you go about getting noticed? Staging, lighting, flow, details, style, character, or one of the dozens of others? It is all about Showcasing.
PRICING
Interior Design Photography and Architectural Photography pricing is straightforward and easy to understand. $255 an hour is my base price point. I do, however, base each project on its individual needs. To produce imagery that represents not only the design aesthetics, but the feel and emotion behind the space, you and I will need to walk the spaces together and create a vision. Depending on the space to be captured, this may mean a lower price per hour or a higher.
Rest assured, I guarantee results and will deliver to you uncompromising photography. Below are some standard items included, as well as some add-ons.

Evening Shoots
Based on the needs of each project. These shoots add a vibrant colors and creative lighting to your portfolio. For simplicity sake, we will assume it is a home:
- Front Only – $175
- Front and Back – $225
Seasonal Update
If you have a project that needs a quick update, perhaps finished in winter but now there is green grass.
- Front of property – $50

THE SHOOT
I understand that I am a guest in your clients’ property. Time is of the essence and I do not waste it. I am unobtrusive, I am extremely careful, and I always return things to the way they were before I began the shoot. In other words, lights off, pillows returned, doors locked – I was never there. And of course, fully insured.
THE GALLERIES
I host the galleries from my site or prep the images so that you can. The choice is yours.
DIGITAL DOWNLOAD
Images are made available to you via DropBox or your preferred service. Images will be in several formats: High-Res, Printable, and of course, web ready.
TOTAL PERSPECTIVES
I will cover everything or follow your lead. This is your work. I am here to capture it. I am very easy to work with and will listen, intently, to the story you want conveyed. Best of all, I use the latest technologies and take advantage of the ability to show you, live, exactly what the finished image will look like before we hit the shutter release.
IMAGE SHARING
